1. General Questions

We are an online retailer, based in London, UK. For more information, please see our About Us page.

We don't have a physical store under our brand name so far. However, we deliver clients to all countries.

We prioritise products being made in your home country however in order to be able to offer you the latest innovations available on the market, we might need to to purchase it from another country.

As you know, some products can be invented in another country than yours and it would take months to start producing them in your country.

Therefore a product can be produced for instance in Italy, France, U.S.A or Brazil.

If you are interested by the origin of a specific product, please contact us.

We guarantee any product sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any request for a return or exchange resulting from a defective item. Fore more information about the process and conditions, please see our Return Policy page.

If you have a return or exchange request resulting from a defective item please reach out to our support for more information on how to proceed.

We can only cancel and change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order has the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", we cannot accept any changes to your order.

2. Shipping

Worldwide

Once you've placed an order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners is 7 business days. However, it may take up to a month in rare situations beyond our control (holiday seasons, strikes at airports/seaports, etc). This is why we can guarantee such low prices.

If you have an important deadline such as an anniversary, please contact us as alternatives or faster options may be available.

We offer fast shipping to certain countries.

Please contact us before ordering as the option is not free. This is why we can guarantee low prices.

Once you have placed the order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of the order.

Once the order is shipped we will send you another email with the expected delivery date and a link to tracking the order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of the order from your order history in your account on the website or by using our tracking tool by clicking here.

If you're not at home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your location.

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package if it can not be delivered to you.

3. Returns

We accept returns on the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold in our online store
- The item mustn't have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the approved return or exchange request

We accept exchanges on the same conditions as returns

To ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.

Returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

4. Payment

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We offer support for PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

We support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, CHF and JPY. 

If your credit or debit card uses another currency, you will be charged in the currency selected at the top right of our website. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose.
